We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
e+i the label is not resposible for the postage cost of returning your goods.
To start a return, you can contact us at email@example.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
We cannot accept returns on swimwear with the hygeine tags removed, please bare this in mind when contacting our team.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
As we are a small family owned business we are unable, at this point to offer a refund on items that are purchased that are not deemed faulty - however, we are more than happy to offer a store credit or gift voucher for the total value minus any postage costs for you to use within 12 months of the issue date.
